PRICING - ACCESS DATABASE DESIGN

After receiving your initial database requirements, Recordset will then be able to give a close estimate on the time and cost involved. We will then ask for enough information to prepare the applications framework, this will lead to a fixed price quotation and defined timescales.

Our approach would be to design a prototype database application within an agreed timescale; this would be approximately 80% functional and would allow you to get a general idea of how the program works. Upon testing we would require your feedback allowing us to complete the program within a second (agreed in the fixed price quotation) timescale.

Any programming bugs that occur during its lifetime will be fixed by Recordset free of charge.

Hourly Charge = £25 (A small application could be between 15 - 25 hours work).

Recordset Payment scheme:

30% Deposit Payment
30% Payment on receiving prototype program
40% Final payment
